Clinical rotation sites

Hi. I tried doing a search, but I'm having a hard tind finding cohesive answers, so I thought I would ask. I'm wondering about rotation sites for both Touro campusus and Western. How are they determined, how flexible are they, and where are they? Where do the majority of the people end up, and can you go pretty much anywhere for fourth year? Any info would be helpful, thanks!
