Hi I am a medical student in a program where I may transfer to New York Medical College for MS3 and MS4.
I just wanted to know the pros and cons of your experience at NYMC (for year 3 and 4) for those who have gone there.

Other questions I have are:
How difficult is the change of environment for every rotation? (how do you adjust to moving around so often?)
Are there on-call rotations?
I know that students have to take their boards at the NYMC campus after every rotation, has than been difficult especially since you may be living elsewhere during your rotation?
How well does your NYMC rotation prepare you for the shelf?
Do you really make "connections" at each away 3rd year rotation?
Pros/cons of the curriculum, your clinical preparedness?

Thank you!
