Hello:

I was wondering if anyone could share some books you recommend to study some clinical vignettes over christmas break? I want to do about 3-4 cases a day just to keep everything fresh. I already have Step Up To Medicine. Anything else you all recommend would help. Thank you!

Well, I mean do you guys have small group classes? You could always go over those. I think underground clinical vignettes books are okay, but they aren't designed to quiz you so much as give you the typical presentation. Robbins has a good book out that quizzes you on path stuff.

I'm English so I don't know if you will be able to get hold of these, but I use Core Clinical Cases and Clinical Cases Uncovered. Core Clinical Cases you can get general ones to test yourself on a bit of everything, and Clinical Cases Uncovered they have a book for each speciality. They're really good and have improved my marks loads, and they're quite interesting to read if you don't have long and just want to look at a case or two.

Both available online through Amazon.com 🙂 Previews available through Google Books.
