I struggled with clinical vignettes last time and re taking this exam.
can anyone help me with this section how to prepare it.
Is there any website or book i can refer to
Any practice book for the same.

You may want to go thru ur 3rd yr medicine and surg texts, esp the common conditions like diabetes and heart disease.
Practically everyone struggles with vignettees, dont worry just keep reading and revising.

Your list is good, u take a look at the pakets L and M of released nbde part1 the questions given there with the case scenarios will help you get a better idea of what type of questions to expect. They ask mostly about the frequently occuring diseases that we encounter in rountine practice of which diabetes and hypertension are the top priority try to read the abnormal changes that occur in the body physiology like what happens to the diameter of the blood vessel and how does it effect the blood pressure etc.

excuse my ignorance, but is this for part 1 or part 2?

ignorance is a bliss, these guys are discussing about part1
