Clinical Volunteering vs. Shadowing Experience

Hello Everyone,

I am currently volunteering at a nursing center as a medical scribe. I go on rounds with the doctor as he visits each patient, and take notes on the patient's condition and treatment. Does this qualify as physician shadowing or clinical experience?

Volunteer, clinical seems more accurate that calling it shadowing as you have an assigned task during the rounds.
