Clinical Years Grading

I was accepted to a school that has pass/fail for clinical years including pre-clinical years. It's a mid-tier school and I am worried about how that may make it more difficult to match in more competitive specialties. Should that be an issue?

I'd be pretty damn happy if I just had to not fail tbh.

They almost certainly still have grades available and will give you a class rank/percentile though.
