In my pain fellowship and had a question regarding the use of clonidine with depo for ILESI, if people are doing this and if they have seen improved results.

I have seen the study comparing Clondine to Some steroid for TFESI, but how about using them both?

Anyone do this in clinical practice and any increased benefit?

Also does anyone use clonidine elsewhere, intrarticular joints, etc

Any thoughts, comments, wisdom would be great

what doses were you using?

what doses were you using?

I used 200 mcg for single level and 400 mcg for two level. I've also attached an article for you.
