Closed-System Transfer Device?

Hi all,

I have been doing some research latley and have been trying to figure out howhospitals, IV clinics, doctor's offices, and home infusions centers differ inthe level of safety precautions they are taking when handling antineoplastic drugs. Are they all regulated by USP 797 and are they following recommendations from NIOSH and using a closed-system transfer devices (such as PhaSeal) when mixing/administering IV chemo treatments? What system are you using at your facility when mixing chemotherapy drugs?
