Clozaril induced pericarditis

we have an inetresting Pt. on inpt unit....who had a recent pericaridits with effusion and it was thought that it was induced by Clozaril vs Collagen Vascular Disease ( ANA titer up ).......Rheum/Card following her.
Anybody here seen a case where Clozaril caused Pericarditis with effusion?

Had an 'infamous' patient in his 20's nearly die on the unit from clozaril-induced pericarditis. Got a full coronary cath and everything. It's well-documented in the literature. Luckily, we caught it relatively early. His ekg looked similar to this with diffuse st elevations.
