why are the most recent (June/July) decisions so hard to find? Did CLSI change breapoints for cephalosphorins and carbepenems? Specifically, what did they do with Merrem for Ps.A? thanks

JAC published a paper about a year and a half ago on breakpoints for P. aero (and others), but I haven't seen anything more recent than that. Nothing recent from CLSI as far as I can tell.
