Hello,
I am a first year medical student. This year I took out a GradPlus loan, but needed to use my parents are co-signers because my credit is awful. I will be re-applying in a few months for next year's GradPlus, however my Mother informed me that she has fallen a little behind on some of her bills. She doesn't believe anything is more then 90 days past due (and most likely her short term finicial problems will be corrected with an incoming large Tax refund), however this has made me a bit worried.
Lets assume in the next few months something does fall behind 90 days and the loan is denied. If that particular bill is then paid in full, can we re-apply? If so will we be approved right way or is there some sort of statue of limitations on waiting to reapply? Thanks.
