Wondering if anyone knows of a good book/resource to help with the ins and outs of coding. Going to be doing rvus next year and I am hoping to get a jump on this.

First understand the elements of a level 3, 4 and 5 chart (i.e. need for ROS, need for PE detail).
Then remember to ALWAYS do your procedure notes.
Then remember to BILL FOR CRITICAL CARE if indicated.
