I've started researching this particular field to assist and hopefully improve my own cognitive ability. It is not my ability to recall information that has me dismayed, it is the speed with which I am able to recall it (although, both could definately be improved). I have started jogging more and eating better foods, like fish. I have also started reading more. I have seen improvement in my knowledge base, and a little improvement in memory function, but have yet to see any improvement in my ability to quickly recall information. I figured I would throw the question out to the group who are currently studying the wonderful world of pumping neurons to see if there is any advice that can be rendered to assist me with this. Also, are there any tests out there (online) that can measure any improvements.

Here's the curveball: I had a case of A.D.D. when I was younger and took prescription drugs for it until I was finished with high school. There is no doubt that my grades are better when I take the drugs for the disorder, however, it makes me feel like less of a man, and it doesn't feel like it is actually me accomplishing. Drugs are the absolute last resort, and only because I couldn't do it on my own. Any homeopathic ideas would be appreciated as well.

I'm willing to treat this as a study case and try each method seprately for a 2 week duration, at the end of each time period, testing myself to see which methods have made the greatest strides. The best methodolgy wins a coke 😀

Thanks for any advice given:luck:
