Hello folks. Just visiting from the pathology board. Quick
question. Is there any documented efficacy as regards
so called “cold laser” tx for musc/skel problems?
Have any physiologic/circulatory/anatomic effects
been demonstrated?
Thanks all for your time.

Best evidence I've seen/heard is the personal account of a podiatrist who swore it saved his dog's life.

It MAY have some effect in acute wound healing and acute neck pain, both typically self limited conditions. Blinded sham controlled trial showed no effect for carpal tunnel syndrome.

Looks like some dentists are using, which I didn't know before now. I've only seen podiatrists and chiropractors using it.
