I took some classes at our HS, and we also received credit for them through our local community college. When putting this into AMCAS, do I put my status as Freshman (even though it was in HS), or just leave it blank?

Thanks!

I put mine as freshman. It doesn't matter in particular, so long as it's there.

Be careful where you go with those. Some colleges do not recognize College level classes taken in high school. I have my handout from MSUCOM and they are one of them, it clearly states High School taken college or AP courses are not sufficient.

If you're talking about dual enrollement than the classes count as freshmen year unless you went over a certain amount of credits then they would be sophomore.

My dual enrollment program speciafically says that you're as much a college student as you are high school so, if you took the courses at the college than yes they count as freshman classes and there's nothing to argue.
