Do i have to request a transcript even if i didnt receive credit from this summer school ? I did not transfer the credit to my main school. Would AAcomas look into it ?

So you mean to say that you DID receive credit for it at that particular summer school, but you did not transfer the credit to your main school? If so, then yes, you still need to request that transcript.

I took a global health class at the Universidad Peruana in Lima, Peru. It is worth credits down there, but I did not pursue transferring the credits to my home school.

I have looked into getting an official transcript, and it will be around $200 when all is said and done.

I just put the class on my EC's, does this seem like the right decision?

As long as you didn't enter in that class in "colleges and coursework" for credit you should be fine without that transcript. You may want to contact AACOMAS to make sure, however.
