When an individual school says to send official college transcripts at the same time we submit AADSAS, does that mean we should send it to them even if we have already sent it to AADSAS?

For example, Columbia says to send it only if you don't send it to AADSAS, but no other school specifies like that.

I would send it to both AADSAS and the schools just in case. Sending transcripts is free anyway, so why not?

AADSAS doesn't send out your official transcripts to dental schools anymore. You only send AADSAS your transcript so they can verify your GPA. So yes, you will have to send the dental schools your transcripts.

Sending transcripts at my school isn't free!! Do you go to a small school that sends for free? With 35,000 students...our school can't do that!

My school charges like 7 dollars per transcript. I go to a super small school and they don't give a sh***t, they charge you for breathing. I would love for them to be free.

AADSAS doesn't send out your official transcripts to dental schools anymore. You only send AADSAS your transcript so they can verify your GPA. So yes, you will have to send the dental schools your transcripts.

So can I send them to the schools overnight myself. Just make sure the envelopes are sealed and also make sure that they are official. I wanted to ask you tinman831, can I also send them to aadsas overnight myself?? YOu seem to know alot about this whole process. The LOR? send them to the schools and aadsas as well?

my undergrad school has like 14,000 undergrad students and they still send out transcripts for free. I guess they feel that they have already extorted enough money out of us poor bastards.

All of the 10 schools I'm applying to say to send transcripts to AADSAS only and not directly to the school. Check out the "Application Procedures" section of your schools' websites.

just remember you dont have to send your official transcripts to every school you apply too. Just the ones who want them such as UDM and others may want them after secondaries.

Michigan also wants transcripts sent directly.
