CollegeNow courses credits

Hi, all.

I am very confused about something. So I took some CollegeNow courses, and basically the credits we got were considered college credits. But I have never had those credits transferred to the university where i got my B.S. degree from. My question is do i need to take into account of those "collegenow" courses? Do i need to send a transcript that explains those credits?

If those courses were from an accredited institution, yes.
