Hi everyone,
I'm a transfer student with ~2 years left of pre-med. I got accepted into University of Denver--it's supposed to offer good research, small classes, etc, not to mention that I can walk there (I don't have a car). It's a very expensive school but everything I researched said they offer great aid. Well, I was not lucky to receive great fin aid--even though I have never made over 15k/year, I never seem to receive any. Not sure what I'm missing...anyways, my main question is this: should I continue to go here, which to me seems like the most helpful for pre-med, considering the opportunities and class size, and suck up having the possibility of huge debt if I can't get scholarships...OR should I go to CU Denver, which is much cheaper, but also much larger/not as personable with instructors, not as many opportunities, etc. I'm willing to do whatever I need to get into med school, but if I can avoid ~50k of debt for two years of school, that would be nice!
