I apologize, I should have clarified that. I am a resident of California.

Not 100% sure, but NJ would sure be a journey from California haha. I'm not sure if you have family in Cali, I assume you do, so for me personally, it'd be tough to go across the entire country for school. Colorado would just seem realistic for me at that point, if in your eyes the two schools seemed equal for you during the interview.
