Columbia - Alternate List

Hi everyone,

I am really unfamiliar with this AADSAS cycle. I interviewed with Columbia at end of Dec. and just got a letter (in Canada), about being place on the alternate list? Can anyone tell me what that REALLY means and what are my chances? I have decent stats and Canadian citizen. Does anyone know if the class is already full? Thanks for all your help and congratz to those who got accepted!

P.S. for those going to UBC interview, is the open house on friday mandatory?

no it's not mandatory. but you have to RSVP if you are going and let them know how many guests (up to two) you are bringing.
