General Admissions & OTCAS Columbia Application CV?

Hi all!

For those of you submitting an application to Columbia -- I had a question about the CV portion. Here are the directions:

"Please upload a copy of your curriculum vitae or resume providing the following information:

(a) List your experience related to occupational therapy including the name and address of the facility; supervisor's name; your responsibilities, dates, and approximate total number of hours volunteered at each facility.

(b) List your work experience (including military service) and significant non-occupational therapy volunteer experience since entering college, beginning with the most recent.

(c) List any college or community based service activity you have participated in and your leadership experience within them."

Do you know if we should include additional information about what we did/learned for the occupational therapy experiences? Also, my whole CV is about 3.5 pages. Should I cut it down?

Do you guys know if Columbia is strict about the transcript process. I'm unable to send it electronically and I need to send it in via mail. Do they require the transcript cover sheet cause my school doesn't allow us to include that. Do any of you guys have any insight?

hey, my school also didn't do it electronically---you can mail it in. they have the address on the application

Do you guys know if Columbia sends confirmation of receipt of the transcripts? I'm concerned because one of my schools also can only do a hard copy lol.

no confirmation receipt, but you can call admissions and they can confirm for you.
