hi all - i submitted my columbia app a few days ago and it says my transcripts/test scores have not been received although i sent them last month...are they just really behind with everything?

I sent mine too. they said they'll reflect on the application page in 2 weeks. If they don't- I should contact them. 2 weeks still not over so I'm waiting. Since you've 'submitted' the application only a few days ago, maybe you should wait for another week since you hadn't made the payment 1 month ago when you sent them the transcripts...I think they wait for the application to be submitted before working on it. If you're really worried you may contact them now. I'm sure they'll respond.

I sent my transcripts in early November and they hadn't updated my profile until I called and asked earlier this week. My GRE scores were sent back in AUGUST and they're not still not uploaded.

Same thing.

They told me to wait for 2 weeks, so I did. The scores and transcripts were still missing. So I contacted them by email.

They uploaded my transcripts on the spot (they had them) which was nice, but they would have to check with their colleague to see if they had my GRE scores. My scores haven't been uploaded though. When I first contacted them about missing transcripts and scores, they just told me to check ApplyYourself, which I had been doing anyway. They uploaded my transcripts on my second contact attempt. I'm guessing since the deadline isn't until February and they don't seem to have rolling admissions, processing applications isn't a priority.

My transcripts or scores are "not received" ...sent them in 2 weeks ago. I emailed and she said there is a delay and it will take some time!

Hey everyone. I'm a current student at Columbia and they are notorious slow updating the online application status page. If you are really concerned about receipt of materials you should call the admissions office directly. Just a tip - hope this helps you all 🙂

They just updated my application a few days ago....everything seems to be in except the references.
