I think there were 15 people there the same day of my interview. You have a one on one conversation for the interview, it is very relaxed don't stress. On the tour you will get the opportunity to talk to the 1st year class, as well as the 4th year class. Have questions prepared that you want answered by the students. It was a little awkward walking into a classroom/clinic full of students and you are expected to just grab one and start up a conversation so I would come with something you want to know in mind.
i did, but it does not have that information,
i was hoping that someone who interview this year could give me an answer

I asked this question at Columbia and we were told they interview 15 candidates every friday from start to finish and if i remember right, he said ~200 all together.

Since they enroll 75 students each year, I'm estimating that they offer acceptances to at least 130 students a year. 130 out of 200 seems better than most accepted/interviewed ratio at most schools, almost too good to be true. I have some doubts about this number because on Predents only about 50% of those interviewed last year got accepted, and Predents tend to over-represent the upper echelons of the applicant pool. Maybe Columbia handed out fewer interview invitations this year?

either way, i hope this is true, since Columbia is my DREAM school and have a post DEC interview coming up soon.
if they really did invite only 200 people to interview,
the odds are exellent, yeah too good to be true

200 sounds just about right
I interviewed there last week
and someone asked the same question
The associate dean pretty much said "couple hundred"
and yeah, it's 15/ week
The maximum acceptance they are going to send out is 80 by December 1
Don't worry about the interview so much, it's really relaxing, just be yourself, you will do just fine
Good luck guys 🙂

Why is Columbia your dream school?
i actually interviewed with them last year, but got rejected.
when i went there I just loved the fact that columbia's main focus was
didiatics.
i know a lot students don't like the fact that columbia is week in terms of
practical, but i think practical can be learn in short time, and i just think it
is very important to have a strong academical back ground before starting
practicing.
