I haven't heard back yet, but I know 2 people on the east coast have gotten news, yesterday and today.

I guess we'll hear soon, eh? 😀

no idea lol... i also know 2 people who got acceptances. i dont nkow anyone who got waitlists or rejections

Columbia usually sends acceptance letters first, then waitlists and rejections later.

I think people got their acceptances earlier this week (Tuesday?). Either way, I'm not torn up not having heard anything from them yet. I liked some other places a lot better. 😀

I remember the program director saying that Columbia doesn't have a waitlist for MSTP.

I got my acceptance letter on Tuesday through snail mail

The Columbia MSTP has a waitlist, but it is not necessarily used. It may be used if an unusually large number of the accepted list decide not to matriculate. They started using a waitlist last year, and they probably will continue to do so.

My guess (and it's purely a guess) is that it's all at once. Everyone I know who got an affirmative got it this Tuesday.

But c'est la vie. 🙄

Apparently Columbia MSTP does send out waiting list offers. Mine was dated March 1st and mailed on March 10th. "Very Highly Ranked" on the waiting list (not reading much into it).

Not really losing any sleep over this one, but I thought I'd share the info. 🙂

Likewise for me. Dated March 1st but mailed on the 10th(-ish).
