columbia review vs. berkley review

I know that this section is not about MCAT, but I was wondering if anyone out there took either BK review or Columbia?
I am not familiar with either one.
Which course is better for Verbal practice? I was told by many that the verbal for BK is not quite the same as the real AAMC MCAT verbal. Is this true?
I would appreciate if anyone can share their thoughts into this matter.
