Columbia Secondary

I'm about to mail in my photo, but for the life of me I can't remember if I already paid the secondary fee online when I submitted. Should I attach a check? I tried looking through their instructions but can't find any useful info, and my credit union's online banking thing isn't working right now. I'd greatly appreciate any help!!

edit: Found it on my online thing, I got confused because it's not billed as "Columbia" or anything like that. Thanks.
