Columbia vs. Buffalo

Ok. If money were not an issue (I am considering joining the Navy even if I go to Buffalo) and if someone is seriously interested in specializing, which school would you choose?

I am interrested in this comparison as well, there have been a lot comparing UPenn and Columbia, but not many Columbia and Buffalo.

Back when I was applying I would've definitely chosen columbia. Now that i'm in dental school and know a little more, I'm pretty sure that Buffalo is the smartest choice. The specialization rate is probably the same for both schools; i wouldn't be surprised if buffalo's was higher.
