Coma Dreams?????????

Dear Neurologists,

In watching the Sopranos this season, I've come up with a question that I think Neurologists would have the answer for. Do people report having had "dreams" when they awake from comas? If so what typed of dreams do they report? Any comments would be welcome, annectodes, etc.
