Haven't found any recent threads on the topic, if there is one please redirect me. Anyhow, I'm hoping we can give and get some study tips for each COMAT in this thread. I'll start by saying the OMM COMAT was pretty random, a ton of stretching questions (never learned these before), some Viscerosomatics, treatments, reading Saverese and doing some ComBank was sufficient though.
