Step II Combank aka Test Weapon working?

Just wanted to know if others who are using combank/test weapon to study are having issues with the website. It started 3 days ago and hasn't resolved, doesn't matter what computer or browser I use.

I can't get the login screen to load like 80% of the time, and if it does load, I can't login at all.

Is it just me or other people having the same problems?

It's a little slow but working. Make sure that you go with http://www.testweapon.net/ instead of the www.testweapon.net/login.aspx in case you had it bookmarked that way since that sometimes does not load. Otherwise http://thezentuary.com/Login.aspx is the backup way. The Microsoft server issue is still being worked on.
