I'm preparing to take Comlex I. I was searching through threads to see if I am only taking the COMLEX should I use the combank or usmle world qbank. Of course combank is geared more towards comlex and usmle world towards usmle but I heard that usmleworld questions are more difficult and if you can answer those you can definitely pass comlex. What qbank is better?

At this point I too am planning on only taking COMLEX. However, I intend to use both COMBANK and Uworld. My philosophy is the more practice Q's the better. Might as well go all out and only take the stupid thing once.

I only subscribed to World, but have used COMBANK and Kaplan Comlex Qbank via friends. World is without a doubt the better question bank. It offers answer explanations that do well to teach concepts and gives you a lot of practice with 2nd and 3rd order questions.

With that said, if you're only taking the COMLEX, it's probably very helpful to get COMBANK simply for the OMM questions. I've found that COMBANK is very similar in difficulty and content to the COMSAE practice exams.

UW is only about $100 for a 1 month subscription. If you have the means, I'd get both UW and COMBANK. UW may be a bit over the top for the comlex, but when you're done with it, you're more than ready to tackle the beast 👍
