I don't think it exists, but I could be wrong.

I heard someone call internal medicine a specialty. I know it's a type of primary care. Is primary care considered a specialty?

No. You could do one after the other if you wanted.

Like the mythical creature sphynx, half lion, half women, such residency does not exist.

There are residencies where you will do lots of oupatient medicine and surgery too though. Urology and Ob/Gyn.

I think most of the patients in surgery will require your medicine knowledge to some degree anyway.
