y'know.. "howdy" is the standard greeting which was actually taught at the "Fish" camp to get us ready for College Station campus.. of course that was more than 20 years ago... recently I was back on campus and only few kids said "howdy" to me... new army has gone to hell..

I got accepted for their PhD chemistry program for the the fall but chose take one of my pharmacy offers instead. Every email they sent me started off with "Howdy!".

Of course it's not prounced "howdy" rather "Hawdy!" 👍
