I looked up typical interview questions on google. I was expecting the usual questions asked at dental school interviews but this didn't turn out to be the case at all. Instead I was asked to put myself in a lot of hypothetical situations and explain how I would react and why. After the interview which was long and a tiny bit stressful, i had a chance to speak to my pre-health adviser. They explained that this was exactly the point of the interview. They wanted to see if you could think on your feet without memorizing answers. Some of the questions had no clear right answer, while others probably did and I just sorta winged it as best I could.
I'm sure every school is done a little different, this is just my experience. My advice is to just be yourself and be honest. Don't just tell them what you think they want to hear. As someone said above, they aren't there to hinder your application.
