Step II COMLEX 2 CE Score Report Breakdown - What?!!

I just received my COMLEX 2 CE Score Report/ Performance profile in the mail today. I have absolutely no idea how to review for the topics that I did poorly on.
Here is the profile:

A. PHYSICIAL SKILLS

1. Health promotion/ Disease prevention
2. History/Physical
3. Diagnostic Technologies
4. Management
5. Scientific Understanding of Mechanisms
6. Health Care Delivery Issues

B. Topic Categories

1. Osteoptathic Principles and Practice
2. General Osteopathic Medicine

This Profile is fine and all, but I don't know how to use this to tailor my review areas. My WORST erea was Health Care Delivery Issues. My BEST area was Scientific Understanding of Mechanisms. I also did poorly in Management and Diagnostic Technologies. WHAT DO I USE TO STUDY THESE TOPICS? I'm using USLME World, and it would seem that the majority of these types of Q's would fit in the "Miscellaneous" Category.

Anyone actually know what to do with this? THANKS!
