Comlex 2 Content??

I know that the content of the exam vs the USMLE Step 2 CK is very similar, but I was wondering how people who took both thought the exams compared to each other as far as question format and difficulty? Also, what percentage of the exam was OMM and to what depth did the questions go (i.e. where they simple like "What spinal level is the spleen?" or were they more complex management questions like "Person comes in after a car accident and has headaches chronically, what techniques would be approipriate to treat them?"). Thanks!
