Currently is hand-written.

Took it a day ago. I second JRjcu08, it's still hand-written. Practice writing fast if you haven't been on wards in a while. Pull up the list of approved abbreviations from NBOME website and practice documenting the physical exam findings for every major organ system. Get into the habit of writing for OMM treatment (if relevant), and admit / consult / follow-up in your plan. The writing part was the only difficult part for me. Rest is pretty common sense - just as you would do it on wards.
