I did a search and saw some old posts on this as well as some feedback from the step II program. Thought I would start a thread to see if anybody else out there is using this or used this in recent past.

Im about 40% through the book and I do like the way it flows with CC presentation vs. organ systems (nice for a change) as it allows to make connections across disciplines I might not have otherwise. But I find mistakes frequently and contradictions vs. FA and info that is apparently high yield but yet lacking in FA. Anybody else using this or have comments ?

I have yet to start studying for OMM questions. Right now, I am solely prepping for USMLE. I haven't heard much about COMLEX EDGE but I've been told that Savarese is a great book for OMM review. I hope you don't mind if I piggy back on this thread, but do you think that reading through and doing the questions in Savarese is enough for the OMM portion of COMLEX Step 1?

To clear things up, COMLEX EDGE is a "comprehensive review" covering the high yield of everything, not just OMM. And to answer your question, Yes Saverese is enough.
