COMLEX exam marked complete before I started...

So I was pretty pumped to get my exam out of the way today and finally "enjoy" rotations when... worst case scenario showed up.

I searched everywhere but I couldn't find anything. Basically got logged in and brain dumped before even touching the mouse at Prometric. Maybe 5 minutes later I look up and the screen showed "this exam has been marked complete"

The people at Prometric tried to get ahold of anyone from NBOME to attempt to reassign the exam but got no one. Anyone have any input on this??

Going to go run till my feet bleed as waiting on hold for 30 minutes now is not helping my need.to.break.something mood. Does anyone have any big fireworks left over? I never got any because I WAS STUDYING!

PS: it's my birthday. true story. Tell your friends...

Walked in and jotted some stuff on my marker board for ~3-4 minutes when a pop-up said the test was complete. Will not be using that technique next time...

4 hours on hold today and I finally got through. They have to reset it on their end and it takes like 48 hours before we can schedule a date...

Wait...so you didn't touch anything for 3-4 min and you got a message saying "this exam has been marked complete"?

IIRC if this happens on the USMLE it gives you 30 seconds or something to move the mouse before making you take a mandatory break...crazy that the COMLEX handles it this way (if this is what the problem was).
