This is apperently the breakdown for COMLEX Step 1 right from the NBOME website. Is neuro the highest proportion of questions? Really twice as much as respiratory and cardio combined? Or am I so brain fried at the moment that I am reading this wrong?

If you count all the OMM questions that ask at which spinal level you expect to find a somatic dysfunction for problems with specific organs as neuro, I could see how they come up with that. I'm guessing they count a lot of OMM questions as neuro because they consider them to be about the sympathetics and parasympathetics.

Just a guess.

My thoughts as well.

Make sure you know the innervations from the green OMT review book. It is just a few pages, but that info will comprise 20% of your OMM questions. This is what I have heard from COMLEX takers over the past 3 yrs.
