Savarese tends to be the most commonly used review book, based on what I see here on SDN. I think that First Aid for Comlex came out for the first time last year... mixed reviews on that one.

Sometimes schools will hold OMM reviews 2nd semester to help you study for boards as well.

Savarese is definitely the classic. An untested resource that looks like it might be pretty good, at least to me, is Osteopathic Medicine Recall.
