What materials should I get in order to prepare for part two? I have Boards and Wards, Crush Step II, and NMS Q book. What about First Aid or Prescription for the boards? I have heard pretty much universally that Boards and Wards is a must, but have gotten mixed thoughts on Crush, Prescription, and First Aid....any advice? Thanks

I have heard repeatedly crush and boards/wards are must have. I got the Kaplan books and they really seem way too in depth. I can use them more for reference...

That combined with Qbank will hopefully get the job done...
