anyone know if comlex scores are given a percentile rank? it seems that the 2-digit score is not equivalent to a percentile.

When they went to computerized testing they stopped reporting any percentile scores.

You are correct. The 2 digit score of COMLEX is roughly equivalent to the 2 digit score of the USMLE. In both, you require a 75 to pass.

As for what three digit score corresponds to what two digit score... who knows anymore. It changes every year. The only thing that stays the same is a 400 COMLEX and a 185 USMLE are the minimum passing marks (75).
