COMLEX level 3 and Fellowships

Anyone know if we [DO students] need to take the USMLE Step 3 to be competitive in fellowships (i.e. Forensics), or will the COMLEX suffice?

I doubt anybody cares. From my understanding, no one even looks at your USMLE scores for psychiatry fellowship applications, so I don't see why they would think anything about you just having a COMLEX score. And none of our fellowships are competitive anyway, so there's another reason not to worry. 🙂
