COMLEX Level III CDM Cases

Trying to prep for this. For those who have taken it, would you say knowing the Comquest CDM cases would be sufficient to do well enough on level III CDM cases?

I'm planning to create flashcards for the CDM cases in comquest and wondering if this will be a fruitful exercise or just a waste of time. Thanks.

The cases weren’t that bad. Just ordering tests is what always threw me off. It’s easy in clinical world but since you can’t cost the patient money and do CYA medicine, it was difficult for me in that regard, plus not knowing how it’s truly scored.. otherwise the cases weren’t tricky. If you know your stuff you’ll be fine

Anyone know how the cases in comquest compare to the real thing?

In my opinion, combank and comquest cdm cases did not correlate with the real deal. I don't think any thing does. Just try to get as many reps as possible in whatever bank you use. Others may feel differently, but I thought the CDM cases were terrible.
