COMLEX PE - A&P - Should I number or use dashes?

Sounds really stupid but after doing a bunch of cases from Kauffman... I can save a little bit of time by dashing my A&P vs. numbering... do you think it matters?


Ie.

1. Rest
2. Ibuprofen 200mg 3x day
3. Return in 3 weeks

VS.

-Rest
-Ibuprofen 200mg 3x day
-Return in 3 weeks

As I am building the A&P there is always some editing... and then I have to renumber everything.. know what I mean?
