Hi,
I am currenlty doing a ER rotation, I think this will be a good prep for my PE. When I do notes in my current rotation, I put the differential only if I am doing lab tests/imaging etc to rule out all of the things I am listing in my differential. I know we have to put down at least 3 differentials in the PE exam. So, do I have to give a plan for all of the differentials or just my #1? Also, if it is something like a medication refill, we don't have to give a DDx, do we?
I appreciate all your responses!
