So I like to write my mnemonics before I enter the patient room and it takes me about 45 seconds to a minute. Has anyone done this? And is entering the patient room a bit late like this ok and anyone who did this has passed?

I did that and passed. I don't know if you need a full 45 seconds though, and I did run out of time on 1/3 of my patients.
