So have not really done any soap notes regarding the musculoskeletal system or neuro, besides writing FROM, gross motor and sensory intact, and CN 2-12 intact.

What else can we write or test for for these 2 sections? And how do you specifically write them out?

I would look in FA for the PE it has it there.

Look at the video on the NBOME website. It even shows you a sample SOAP note.

Or is that the pdf file.... whatever. There is a Sample SOAP note on the NBOME website.

PDf file does have one sample SOAP note. It shows the MSK/OMM PE findings in the note.
